Torch has brought Gigawatts of renewable energy projects into operation
Torch is a developer and owner of renewable energy assets, with a strategic focus on the Mid-Atlantic U.S. and the desert Southwest. Torch has originated, developed, and sold more than 1.6 gigawatts of renewable power assets. Torch formed a strategic partnership with Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (“MSIP”) in January 2025 and now serves as MSIP’s U.S. renewable energy independent power producer platform.

Torch has 20+ utility-scale renewable energy facilities under development across seven states, including its three focus areas: the desert Southwest, Michigan, and the Southeast. We’re continuously evaluating new focus areas and markets as the renewable energy marketplace evolves. Torch and its affiliates typically maintain ownership of development projects through their entire lifecycle together with its financial partners.
