Promote clean energy by developing solar and battery projects that contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and energy security.
Use resources responsibly by striving to minimize waste, water use, and energy consumption in our offices and projects.
Protect biodiversity and land use by assessing potential impacts early in project design and working to avoid or minimize negative effects on the land such as erosion or loss of wildlife habitat.
Seek continuous improvement by monitoring environmental performance and integrating emerging best practices in renewable energy development.

Governance & Implementation
Torch is committed to upholding values and standards that do not compromise corporate governance or due diligence. Working closely with the board and Torch's financial and development partners, the leadership team is responsible for overseeing the implementation of this policy.
All employees share responsibility for upholding these principles in their work.
We will review this policy annually including participation in external programs such as GRESB to continue to add specific targets and goals while ensuring it reflects our growth, evolving ESG standards, and stakeholder expectations.
