Torch partnered with Trico to develop the co-op’s first community-scale solar project near the town of Marana. Torch worked closely with Trico to develop a solar facility that was tailored to the unique needs of the region and local customer base. Today, Avion Solar generates enough power for up to 2,100 residential homes in the Trico service territory, or approximately 4.5% of the co-op’s overall electricity needs.
